A. Alll seats must be steel or aluminum, mounted securely to the frame and roll cage, with
back support.
B. Seat belts are to be racing type 5 point 3" width mounted securely to the frame,
seat frame and/or roll cage. Shoulder belts must be mounted with in 4" of the
horizontal plan of the drivers shoulders. Reccomended that the shoulder harness be mounted
slightly above the shoulders. Seat belts must be in good condition.
C. Drivers side quick release window net is mandatory. Mounted securely to the roll cage
and be accesable from the inside and out.
D. All cars MUST have a windshield or a screen. A minimum of 3 1/2" bars spaced a
maximum of 6" a part directly in front of the driver if you decide to run a screen
and not a windshield. One min 1.5" OD Earnhardt bar or 2 minimum 1/2" bars MUST
be used in the centre of the windshield opening.
E. Battery must be mounted securely. It MUST be encased in a marine style box if mounted
in the drivers compartment.
F. Minimum car weight is 3000lbs with out the driver. ALl ballast MUST be painted white
and marked with the car number.
G. All teams must have an operable 5 pound minimum fire extinguisher in there car.
H. Drivers must wear an SFI rated full fire suit or Nomex coveralls and an SFI rated neck
collar. Full face helmet required, minimum SNELLSA 1995 or newer reccomended.
I. Each car MUST have a clearly labelled kill switch which is easily accessible from the
outside of the car and the driver.
WHEELS AND TIRES
A. Wheels MUST be steel with a maximum width of 8". Centre section must contact outer
section 360 degrees and be securely welded. NO beed lock wheels allowed.
B. Tires reccomended DOT radials to a maximum of 275/60. NO profilelower than 60 series.
C. Hossier or AMerican race IMCA stamped G-60 are allowed.
D. 1" lugnuts are moandatory.
ALLOWABLE EXCEPTIONS AND PENALTIES
A. A 4 barrel carburetor will be allowed with an additional 200 pounds added to the
chassis.
B. Unmodified cast iron production heads other than those listed above are aloowed. With
an additional 200 pounds added to the chassis.
C. These rules may be altered to equal competition
